Ideal for hospital, launderettes, as well as retirement and care homes, the PW6163 barrier washer, with clean and unclean sides, provides the perfect solution for processing soiled, potentially infected laundry or any other laundry where correct hygiene is vital.
Conforming to industry standards, the PW6163 integrates a number of features to ensure that the cleaning process is both as thorough and safe as possible. To ensure your items receive only the deepest clean, this industrial washing machine makes use of both thermal and chemo-thermal disinfection programs as well as precise temperature hold times, allowing you to rest assured that any potentially harmful substances are removed during the cycle. What’s more, the detergent dispensing system is electronically controlled, and an inbuilt connection allows for up to 12 dispenser pumps, allowing you to have complete control over how your items are cleaned.
Like all Miele washing machines, the PW6163 uses the patented honeycomb drum, which not only ensures clothes receive a deep clean but are protected from fibre damage, thanks to a thin film of water that forms around the interior during the cycle. Once the cycle has finished, the machine automatically positions the drum, and thanks to the large door, makes loading and unloading, easy, quick, and extremely efficient.
To give operators full control and customization over the cycle, the PW6163 integrates Profitronic M controls. Thanks to these controls, you can access a number of pre-defined cleaning programs, as well as 199 slots for customizable programs, enabling you to ensure items are cleaned at the precise temperature needed. With ease of use for the operator in mind, all controls on the machine are quick and simple to use, and the clear text display tells you exactly how long your cycle has left, allowing you to efficiently manage your workload.
With a machine depth of 890mm, the PW6163 is also easy to transport and install, even if space is at a premium.
